The venue is available for hire mainly on Saturday and Sunday, with some other times available upon prior arrangement via the committee. Please allow an additional hour for clean-up when paying your booking fee.
The facility hire, a minimum of 4 hours is as follows.
Play Factory Members: $150 for 4 hours plus a $100 refundable bond for Play Factory members who have been registered Play Factory members for 3 months.
Non members: If you are a non-member of the Play Factory, the hire fees are $250 for
4 hours with a $200 bond.
If you require further time for your party, it is $20/per hour.
The bond will be refunded in full unless The Play Factory Committee decides in its absolute discretion that additional cleaning is required and/or repairs of any kind are required.
Please be aware that there is a chance that MORE than one party may be booked on each day, hence prior access may not be possible, and you are required to clean up directly after your party.
Please be advised that Santich Park (the oval behind Play Factory) is used by South Coogee Junior Football Club on most weekends during winter and Little Athletics in spring/summer so parking can sometimes be difficult. Do not hesitate to park the car carrying food, drinks etc right in front of the Play Factory Playgroup for the purpose of unloading if you need to do so.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your party, 48 hours notice must be given to the Party Booking Coordinator (playfactoryparties@gmail.com). Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your bond.
Unforeseen circumstances such as Lockdowns will result in the full Hire and Bond amounts to be returned to you.
